Trauma Therapy & Psychotherapy

Reclaim your life from trauma.

Experiencing trauma can leave lasting marks on your emotional and physical wellbeing, often impacting how you view yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. At Our Wellness Collective, we provide trauma therapy in a compassionate, safe, and supportive environment, helping you heal at your own pace.

Our Approach to Trauma Therapy

Somatic Therapy: Addresses how trauma manifests in the body.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR): Helps process and reframe traumatic memories.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Identifies and reframes negative thought patterns.

Narrative Therapy: Explores how you tell your story and shifts focus towards empowerment.

Trauma is complex and deeply personal, which is why our therapy is tailored to your individual experiences and needs. We draw on evidence-based approaches and trauma-informed care principles to create a path to healing that feels right for you.
