Our Story: A Collective Vision For Truly Inclusive Healing
The very heart of Our Wellness Collective was forged from a powerful understanding: that effective mental health care must truly see and honour every individual. This insight, born from the global journey and diverse experiences of our founder, Vanessa Irakoze Bendikov, revealed the profound impact of cultural identity and intersecting histories on well-being.
This journey illuminated the significant gaps in mainstream services, where care often fell short for marginalised poeple and their communities. This understanding became the driving force for a new kind of practice.
We were founded as a safe, inclusive space where individuals can truly heal, grow, and find hope. Our strength lies in our diverse team of expert psychotherapists and counsellors, thoughtfully built to reflect Australia's vibrant multicultural tapestry.
