How We Approach Group Therapy
At Our Wellness Collective, we believe in the power of connection and mutual support. Our group therapy sessions are trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and tailored to meet the needs of diverse participants. Created for both online and in-person options our groups accommodate 6-8 participants. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or other challenges, our groups provide a safe space to share, learn, and heal together.
